Effective July 10, 2026
Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of Swift Mail Ops, including the dashboard, monitoring, placement testing, verification, reporting, and related services.
Use of the service
You may use Swift Mail Ops only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for the accounts, domains, inboxes, data, and users you connect to the service.
You must not use Swift Mail Ops to violate email provider policies, send unlawful messages, abuse networks, bypass security controls, or interfere with the service.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account creates risk, violates these Terms, or threatens the reliability or security of the service.
Connected providers
Swift Mail Ops may rely on third-party services such as Google, Microsoft, verification providers, proxy providers, hosting providers, and email infrastructure services.
Your use of connected providers may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for outages, limits, policy changes, or actions taken by third-party providers.
Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you submit or connect to Swift Mail Ops.
You grant us the rights needed to process that data for operating, securing, supporting, and improving the service.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect inboxes, domains, and client information to Swift Mail Ops.
Reports and deliverability results
Swift Mail Ops provides monitoring signals, measurements, and reports. Results may vary because inbox providers, spam filters, DNS records, sending behavior, and third-party systems change over time.
The service does not guarantee inbox placement, reply rates, campaign performance, or uninterrupted email deliverability.
Fees and subscriptions
Paid access, renewal terms, usage limits, and cancellation rights are governed by the plan, order form, invoice, or written agreement that applies to your account.
Unless otherwise agreed, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Intellectual property
Swift Mail Ops, including its software, interface, workflows, branding, and documentation, is owned by the Swift Mail Ops operator and its licensors.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or any underlying intellectual property.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swift Mail Ops will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Contact
Questions about these Terms should be sent to the Swift Mail Ops operator or support contact provided with your account.
