Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Swift Mail Ops handles information when teams use the deliverability monitoring dashboard, placement testing, verification, and reporting features.
Information we collect
Account information such as name, email address, organization details, login method, and billing or plan status when applicable.
Connected inbox metadata such as email address, provider, OAuth connection status, token expiry, monitoring status, and delivery health signals.
Deliverability data such as domain settings, DNS checks, blacklist status, placement test results, reply-rate measurements, incidents, reports, and verification results.
Operational data such as IP address, browser or device details, logs, diagnostics, timestamps, and actions taken inside the dashboard.
How we use information
We use information to operate the product, authenticate users, connect inboxes, run monitoring checks, generate reports, detect incidents, and improve reliability.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance and improve deliverability models.
We do not sell customer data.
OAuth and inbox access
When you connect Google or Microsoft inboxes, Swift Mail Ops uses OAuth permissions only to provide the monitoring and reporting features you choose to use.
OAuth tokens are stored securely and are used by the application to refresh access, measure inbox health, and collect relevant deliverability signals.
You can revoke access through your email provider or disconnect inboxes inside the product where supported.
Sharing and subprocessors
We may share limited information with infrastructure, hosting, analytics, email, verification, and support providers that help us operate Swift Mail Ops.
These providers are expected to process information only for the services they provide to us.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or during a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support legitimate business needs.
Some logs and backups may remain for a limited period after deletion from active systems.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption for sensitive credentials where applicable.
No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond to issues quickly.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational limits.
You may also disconnect inboxes, revoke OAuth permissions, or stop using the service.
Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact the Swift Mail Ops operator or support contact provided with your account.
